Swiftward is not his first enterprise platform: he co-founded and was CTO of a high-load logistics platform built on the same fully declarative architecture, in production for years. Why on-prem, always
The decisions Swiftward governs are the ones you cannot afford to get wrong, on data you cannot afford to leak. That work belongs in your environment, not someone else's cloud. Self-hosted is not a deployment option we tolerate; it is the point.
The bigger idea
Feature flags got their engine. Workflows got theirs. Policy, the decisions your software is not allowed to get wrong, still lives scattered across application code where no one can version it, test it, or prove it. Swiftward is the engine for that. Today the sharpest need is AI, so that is where we start. The same engine governs any consequential decision your systems make. That is the company we are building.
